Edwin Finkle called at Kepke's Friday.

Easter guests at the George Schwarze home were Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze and Donald, Mr. and Mrs. C. Mason, Nate Lewis, Mrs. J. Longridge and Grace.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Klinke and family spent Easter at the Arthur Barton home in Christie.

Little Miss Betty Carlson spent the Easter holidays with her chum, Katherine Braun.

Mr. and Mrs. John Speich and sons spent Easter with Mr. and Mrs. Geo. F. Buker.

H.H. Hartson and C. Varney called on Mrs. Wm. Rossman Monday a.m.

Mr. and Mrs. J.J. Irvine called at the D.A. Irvine home Friday.

Mr. and Mrs. Ed Noah and daughter called at the Vine home Sunday.

Wm. Herr and Herman Cromwoll of Sheboygan spent Saturday at the Albert Herr home.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Schwartz, Mrs. Lester Wetzel and Mrs. Ernest Krokson and two daughters called on Mrs. Victor Krokson Sunday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. Peaslee called on Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Flikke last Tuesday afternoon.

Miss Loretta Herr spent the first few days of this week with Marian Flagg.

Mr. and Mrs. Ewald Schwarze are located on the George Speich place.

Albert Herr has completed a deal by which he became the owner of the Karl Helwig Place.

Miss Irene Varney had Sunday dinner at the Einfeldt home.

Mr. and Mrs. J. Bart and family, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Irvine of Owen, Mr. and Mrs. Q. Irvine and son and Stephen Kobak spent Easter at the D.A. Irvine home.

Mrs. Otto Abel and son spent Saturday and Sunday at the Albert Herr home.

Carl Peterson and family called on Mrs. Peterson at the Owen Hospital Sunday afternoon. They reported Mrs. Peterson as improving nicely.

Mr. and Mrs. W. Durst and family called at the Mrs. M. Karnitz home in Neillsville Sunday evening.

Otto Windom called at the Longridge home Monday a.m.

Delores Herr spent Sunday and Monday with Katherine Schmitz.

Ulysses Stuve drove over from Humbird Wednesday to assist his brother Martin at the auction.

Mr. and Mrs. Karl Helwig and family of Waupaca and Manley Stuve of Chicago came Friday to oversee the auction on Saturday.

Raymond Stove and Jerome Dignon of Humbird spent Saturday with the Stuve-Helwig families.

Joe Herr and Stanco Mikottis called at the Stove home Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Martin Stuve and Constance will be leaving for Humbird the fore part of this week. The neighbors are soory to see them leave, but their good wishes follow them.

The local 4-H Club, the Hemlock Happy Helpers, met at the home of Dorothy Markee Monday evening and reorganized for the new year's work. The following officers were elected: President - Edith Einfeldt; Vice President - June Voie; Sec/Treas. - Eileen Behrens. There was a good attendance and lots of pep. If there are any other girls in the neighborhood who would like to avail themselves of this work and pleasure, see any one of the above officers.

Ethel Krokson, June Voie, Lillian and Edith Behrens visited the Hemlock School Friday. Monday visitors were Edith Einfeldt and Anna Tomac.

Mr. and Mrs. J. Bart and family of Owen spent Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs. Bart's father, D.A. Irvine.

George and Lila Finkle called on Harrison Fraase Sunday.

Mrs. Fraase and Harrison called at the C. Wetzel home Sunday evening.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe Gregorich, Anna Tomac and Siama Peterson were Friday evening callers at Kepke's.
