Luepke, Ethel V. (10 NOV 1932)

Miss Ethel Viola Luepke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Luepke, became the bride of Harold Newman, oldest son of Mrs. Lottie Newman, at a quiet ceremony which was performed Thursday morning, Nov. 10, 1932 at 10 o’clock, by the Rev W. N. Grandy at the home of the bride’s parents, which was decorated for the occasion in tan, green and white.

The bride was attired in a gown of green chiffon and carried a bride’s bouquet of roses. Miss Hazel Luepke, sister of the bride, as bridesmaid wore a brown crepe dress. The groom was attended by Glenn White, of Neillsville, as the best man.

Following the ceremony a wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents for immediate relatives.

Mr. and Mrs. Newman left on a wedding trip to Green Bay and on their return will make their home in Loyal where the groom is employed at the Lakeshire cheese company.

Both Mr. and Mrs. Newman are graduates og our local high school, and are well known and popular young people.

The Tribune joins with their wide circle of friends in extending best wishes for a long and happy wedded life.
