Hardrath, Lori Amber

Lori Amber Hardrath, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Robert Hardrath became the bride of Gilson Alexander Tallentire, II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gilson A. Tallentire of Albany, in recent ceremonies at the Glenn Memorial Chapel. Dr. Charles Boleyn, pastor of the Oak Grove United Methodist Church, officiated.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, and her sisters, Kim Hardrath, was her only attendant.

Wesley Berry was best man. Ushers were John N. Maier and Dana F. Brown, cousins of the bride.

The bride’s parents gave the reception, following the ceremony, at their home on Council Bluff Drive. Sarah Hardrath and Tracy Brown assisted in serving and Pam Colby kept the bride’s book.

The knife used to cut the wedding cake was the same one used by the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hardrath, Owen, Wis., on their 50th anniversary and by the bride’s parents on their 25th anniversary, also by several of the bride’s cousins. Each couple have engraved the names and dates of their special occasions. After a wedding trip, the couple is residing in Athens.
