Mark A. Haas (1974 - 2005)

MarkA.Haas, 3l,ofSheboygan, passed away, Saturday morning, September 24. 2’" Center, Neenah from injuries sustained on Friday evening.

He was born June 28, 1974 in Sheboygan, son of Delbert & Debra Meyer Haas.

Mark was a 1994 graduate of Howards Grove High School and continued his education at LTC receiving an associate degree in Applied Science in1996.

He had previously worked at the Log Cabin in Howards Grove, Curt Joa, Sheboygan Falls for a number of years and was currently employed at Georgia Pacific, Sheboygan since December, 2002.

Mark was a member of St. John’s UCC, Schwarzwald and the MAOHVC ATV Club.

He enjoyed participating in Ford Mustang Events, ATV’s, radio control racing, archery, bow hunting and cars in general.

Survivors include his parents, Del & Debbie Haas, rural Elkhart Lake, one sister, Melissa Haas, rural Elkhart Lake, Mark’s extended family: Gail & Ron Steidl and children, Tim, James, Kelly & Tammy, Lynn & Dave Seitenzahl & daughter, Stacy, parental grandmother, Lucy Haas, Cadott, and maternal grandmother, Elvera Meyer, Chilton. He is further survived by uncles & aunts: Lihie & Rodney Rabe, Jerome Meyer, Lee & Janet Meyer, Karen & Ron Detiege, Vernon & Corrine Han, Earl & Lisa Hans, Norbert Han and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bernard Hass, maternal grandfather, Alfred Meyer and his uncle, James Meyer.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 am, Thursday, September 29. 2005 at St. John’s UCC, W3401 Orchard Road, Elkhart Lake with the Rev. Rebecca Johnston officiating.

Burial took place in Schleswig Cemetery, Rockville.

Friends - called at the Meiselwitz-Vollstedt Funeral Home, 815 6th St., Kiel on Wednesday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.

A memorial has been established in his name.

Mark's family would like to thank the staff and doctors, especially Dr. William Gallen, Dr. Peter Frommelt, his special nurse, Jane Sowinski at Children's Hospital, Milwaukee and all caregivers during his life.

Mark's family has generously donated his organs so others may live.

A Son and Brother Deeply Loved and Cherished.

A Co-Worker who could always be counted on.

A True Friend deeply missed by those who knew him.
