Jens P. Rassmussen returned from Waupaca county last week, where he has been receiving medical treatment, greatly improved in health.

Pat Crouin, of High Bridge, was in the village on Friday last greeting old friends. He went to Eau Claire on Saturday and returned home Monday.

The country needs more genuine farmers and less lawyers, doctors, and men of other classes who make their living by the misfortune of others. One of the best ways to supply this need is to see to it that your boys are so well treated on the farm that they will never want to leave it.
