On Tuesday evening, Aug. 9th, 1904, at the residence of Mrs. Emma Welsch, Rev. W.M. Philpott officiating, occurred the marriage of Mr. Arthur J. Penney of this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Minnie Hackbert of Leeds, Wis.
Mr. Penney has made Colby his home from childhood, excepting a few years spent in the west, and has a large circle of friends. The bride is a stranger here. They will make Colby their future home.
