Mrs. M. O. Olson was summoned to Ashland, Wis., by the receipt of a telegram last Thursday announcing the serious illness of her mother Mrs. Adam Petrie. Being delayed at Medford on account of the fire at Phillips she did not arrive at Ashland until Saturday night only to find that her mother had died on Friday evening.
