Maslanka, Mary (11 FEB 1865 - 16 FEB 1935)

Mrs. Mary Maslanka, wife of Valentine Maslanka, died of heart trouble at her home in the town of Thorp, Clark Co., Wis. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 1935. Deceased, whose maiden name was Mary Stafinski, was born in Poland on Feb. 11, 1865 and had reached the age of seventy years and five days.

She leaves to mourn, her husband, Valentine Maslanka, three sons, Steve and John of Thorp, and Barney of Cicero, Ill., and four daughters, Mrs. Francis Egnowski and Mrs. Anna Sosinski of Oshkosh, Catherin Perchowicz, Chicago, and Rose Falbush, Owen; also one brother, John Stafinski of Joliet, Ill.

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Tuesday morning, Father F.A. Kulig officiating, interment following the services in the Parish Cemetery.
