Budny, Irene (9 NOV 1935)

Miss Irene Budny, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Felix Budny of Gilman, and Mr. Isadore Michalewicz of the same place, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michalewicz of East Chicago, Ill., were united in marriage at Gilman, Taylor Co., Wis. on Saturday, Nov. 9th, 1935, at nine o’clock in the morning. Joe Budny served as best man and Miss Julia Gallick as bridesmaid. Other attendants were John Prasnicki of Gilman and Miss Teresa Gonia of Milwaukee.

The bride wore a long tulle veil, white satin dress with train falling from the waist line of the gown, and long fitted sleeves; flowers were white and pink roses. Groom’s suite, oxford grey. A reception followed the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents. The newlyweds will reside on the groom’s farm near Gilman.

Out of town guests who attended the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Victor Michael and children on Indiana, and Mrs. Michalewicz and two sons of East Chicago, Ill.
