Kamper, Andrew (1838 - 14 JAN 1917)

Andrew Kamper, aged 79, died suddenly Sunday morning, Jan. 14, 1917, at the home of his son-in-law, Nick Schaffer, in the town of Colby (Clark Co., Wis.). Apoplexy was the cause of his death.

Mr. Kamper came here about a year ago from Hilbert Junction and has since made his home with his son-in-law. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nick Schaffer and Miss Lillian Kamper, of Milwaukee. His only son was killed in a box factory accident some years ago.

The funeral was held from the Schaffer residence Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Harry C. Hall officiating. Burial in Colby Cemetery.
