Jepson, Martha Dorothy (14 Feb. 1888 - 31 Jan. 1938)

Martha Dorothy Jepson was born Feb. 14, 1888, in Chicago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henningson D. Peterson, natives of Germany, and passed away Monday evening at her home at Pray, being ill with complications of diseases for two years.

She was married to Holgar Jepson, and to them were born ten children, Harold, depot agent at Pray; Agnes, a teacher; Linger, Wisconsin Rapids; Henning, Milwaukee; Christine, Mrs. Ray Kirch, Milwaukee; Bernice and Bernard, twins; Woodrow, Margaret are students in Neillsville High School and make their home, while here, with the Geo. Shaw family.

Of this faithful wife and mother are spoken only words of praise and, until her last illness, she bent every effort to the care and rearing of her large family, all of whom are fine young men and women.

She leaves, besides her husband and children, her aged mother, Mrs. Christine Peterson, and a sister and brother.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at City Point, Rev. G. W. Longenecker of Neillsville officiating. The body will be at the Lowe Funeral Home until Thursday morning.
