Tomac, Mary (13 APR 1937)

Miss Mary Tomac, daughter of Mrs. Dan Perman of the community, and Edward Maass, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Maass of Appleton, were united in marriage at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 8:30 o’clock Tuesday morning, April 13th, 1937, Rev. J.J. Novak officiating.

Miss Dede Perman and Joe Tomac, sister and brother of the bride, attended the couple.

The bride was attired in a white crepe suit and white hat and white accessories and carried a bouquet. Miss Perman wore a medium blue crepe dress with white accessories and white hat and carried a bouquet. The groom and best man wore dark blue suits.

A dinner was served at the bride’s home to relatives and friends.

The groom has been in this community for about ten years and has made many friends. The young couple left for a short honeymoon and will be at home on the O.J. Howard farm after April 19th.

The Gleaner joins their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a long and happy married life.
