Stenman, Lila M. (8 MAY 1937)

At a quiet ceremony at 10 a.m. Saturday in Waukegan, Ill., Lila Marie Stenman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl A. Stenman of Owen (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Gerald E. Luther, son of Mr. and Mrs. Emil Luther of Greenwood.

The bride was attired in a hyacinth blue and cerise afternoon dress, with blue accessories and wore a shoulder corsage of white tea roses. Her sister, Helga, was her attendant and wore a powder blue and rose dress with grey accessories and a corsage of blue sweet peas and pink tea roses.

The groom was attired in an oxford gray suit and was attended by Fritzof A. Schold of Wilmette, Ill.

After the ceremony the bridal party drove to Niles Center where a wedding breakfast was held at the Swedish Castle, returning immediately to a reception held at the home of Chas. N. Evans, in Winnitka, Ill. After the reception Mr. and Mrs. Luther left for Lake Mills, Wis., and other points.

The Gleaner joins their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a happy marriage.
