Sternitzky, Mr./ Mrs. William (Golden - 25 July 1938)

Mr. and Mrs. William Sternitzky of Lynn entertained more than 45 guests at a festive dinner Sunday in honor of their 50th wedding anniversary. All of their children were present during the day, as were a large number of neighbors who came to pay their respects. During the afternoon Rev. Arthur Laesch spoke briefly on the memories of their years of married life, following which those attending presented the happy couple with a gift.

William Sternitzky of Lynn and Ella Davidson of West Bend were married by Rev. W. Knuf July 25, 1888. Mr. Sternitzky was born in Lynn May 28, 1865, and is one of the most widely known and respected pioneer of the district, having established and maintained one of the finest farms in the surrounding country. Mrs. Sternitzky was born January 3, 1869.

Present were: Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Sternitzky, Norbert and Gilbert Jr., Mr. and Mrs. Carl Jens, Carl Williams and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wacker of Plymouth; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sternitzky, Emeline and Done, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Sternitzky, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ure and family, Addis Krause and family, Mrs. Anna Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Milton Johnson, Genevieve and Fern, of Auburndale; Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Sternitzky and family, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Knoll and Caroline.
