Miller, Jean (Marriage - Spring 1938)

Martin Zilisch, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Zilisch, Neillsville, were married last spring to Jean Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Miller, of Milwaukee, according to an announcement received by his parents last week.

Martin was born in Neillsville, Wis. He was graduate from Neillsville high school and attended the Spencerian business college in Milwaukee. He is an unusually ambitious young man. All through his school days in this city he had mail route or managed a group of news boys, and during those formative years his winning personality made a deep impression upon the citizens, and when he went to the city of further his education, he had no trouble at all in obtaining employment to help pay his expenses.

Miss Miller is a graduate of a Milwaukee High school and also attended the Milwaukee state teacher college and the Layton art school of that city. She is an accomplished pianist and has remarkable ability as an artist. Miss Miller made a brief visit in the Zilisch home last spring.

Mr. Zilisch is employed **[rest is blurred.]
