Rosemary Reineck

NEILLSVILLE -- Rosemary Reineck, age 86, of Neillsville, formerly of Alma Center, died Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 15, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Neillsville, Wis. Burial will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in Neillsville, Wis.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. rosary service today at the Gesche Funeral Home in Neillsville, Wis.

Rosemary was born Sept. 22, 1920, to Mike and Stella Hohn in Alma Center. She married Ray Reineck of Hixton on April 22, 1940. He preceded her in death. They farmed in Garden Valley for 10 years, moving to a smaller farm in Globe. Rosemary worked in the hot lunch program at Neillsville Public Schools for 14 years as food service manager and later attended short courses through the University of Madison and became a dietitian. She later went to work at Sunburst Youth Homes and worked in the same capacity for 16 years. She retired July 1, 1985.

Rosemary is survived by two children, Margaret (Vern) Mayer, Neillsville, and Randy (Julie) Reineck, Granton; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
