Hartson, Nell (3 NOV 1938)

An early November nuptial service, performed in the parsonage of the Methodist Church at Madison Wednesday, united in marriage Miss Nell Hartson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Hartson, Neillsville (Clark Co., Wis.), and Lee Allen Wuethrich, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Wuethrich, Neillsville, Wis.

The Rev. E. Barber officiated at the afternoon ceremony. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Moen, Neillsville, were the couple’s only attendants.

Both the bride and her attendant were dressed in frocks of black silk crepe. The bridegroom and best man wore oxford grey suits.

Mr. and Mrs. Wuethrich left on a week’s wedding trip to southern Wisconsin and Chicago, and on their return will reside at Greenwood, where the bridegroom is employed as a better maker at his father’s creamery. He was graduated from the Greenwood High School in 1932 and from the Dairy School at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1937.

The bride, a graduate of the Greenwood High School with the class of 1934, was graduated in 1935 from the Milwaukee Accredited Beauty Culture School at Eau Claire, and since that time has been employed in beauty shops at Neillsville, Eau Claire, Marshfield and Menomonie.
