Kindt, Lillian (20 APR 1941)

In a double ring ceremony performed by the Rev. Adolph Schumann of Globe at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. August Kindt of Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.), at 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon, Miss Lillian Kindt became the bride of Irving Foemmel of Milwaukee, son of Mrs. Martha Foemmel of Granton (Clark Co.).

A floor-length gown of pink chiffon was chosen by the bride, and her ensemble was completed by a matching veil caught to a headband, and a bouquet of roses and snapdragons. Blue chiffon fashioned the dress of the maid of honor, Miss Jessie Mills of Neillsville, whose bouquet was similar to that carried by the bride. The groom’s brother attended as best man.

About 50 immediate relatives and friends were present at a dinner served after the ceremony. Blue and white streamers adorned the home, and a large wedding cake centered the bridal table.

Mrs. Foemmel was graduated from the Greenwood High School two years ago. She and her husband will make their home in Milwaukee, where the latter is employed.
