Lindemann, Marian (11 MAR 1945)

Wearing a Ming green suit with brown accessories and a cluster of Talisman roses pinned to her shoulder, Miss Marian Lindemann, daughter of Mrs. Hilda Lindemann, Davenport, Iowa, former Greenwood (Clark Co., Wis.) residents, became the bride of Pfc. Edward Henning, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Henning Sr., Davenport. The ceremony was read in the rectory of St. Alphonsus Church at Davenport, March 11, 1945, at 1:30 p.m. by the Rev. G. Lahay.

Mrs. Norman Pasvogal, in a coral colored suit, black accessories and a corsage of white carnations, and her husband served as attendants.

Following the service dinner was served to immediate relatives and closest friends at the Lindemann home where in the evening from 6 until 9 p.m. a reception was given.

Pfc. Henning has been in military service for three years, two and a half of which have been spent in service overseas in the Middle East area. He is a member of the signal corps and has now reported to Hot Springs, Ark., for reassignment.

Mrs. Henning was graduated from the Greenwood High School with the class of 1939 and is employed by the Independent Baking Co. at Davenport.
