Wahaska, Mary (9 SEP 1913)

Tuesday morning Sept. 9th, 1913, at nine o’clock occurred the marriage of Dr. F.A. Boeckmann of this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.) and Miss Mary Wahaska of Ripon, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Ripon, Rev. H.H. Boeckmann of this city officiating.

The wedding was a very quiet affair, only a few relatives of the contracting parties being present. After the ceremony the couple left for Milwaukee and LaCrosse for a week’s trip before returning to this city where they will make their home.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Wahaska of Ripon and is a very pleasing young lady of many good qualities.

Dr. Boeckmann came to Greenwood three years ago and took up the practice of medicine, with much success during this period. He is a young man of dependable character and is highly respected by many friends.

Mr. and Mrs. Boeckmann have gone to housekeeping in the new residence the doctor recently acquired, where they will be found at home to friends.

The Gleaner joins in wishing them success through life’s matrimonial sea.
