Zoey, who was known by all as "Princess," was born prematurely Nov.r 9, 2002, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield to April Zrutskie-Hernandez. Diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, she spent one month in the neonatal unit at Saint Joseph's Hospital. Zoey was put under the care of the hospice program on March 8, 2005. She was a little fighter who gave us seven more months than expected and in that time taught us how precious a gift of life is. Zoey's greatest love in her life was her mother, April, who was devoted to Zoey and taking care of all her special needs, no matter what the sacrifice.

Zoey is survived by her mother, April of Stetsonville; her loving grandparents, Sue and Ron Landwehr of Colby and Dusty (Robin) Zrutskie of Medford; great-grandparents, Harry and Margaret Zrutskie of Unity; and aunt and uncle Erin and Juan Reyes and uncle Eric Loiselle; cousins, Blake, Tegan, and Kiana of Colby; great-aunt and uncle Nancy and Al Meyer of Colby and their children Nicholas Meyer of Stevens Point, Jessie (Brian) Polivka of Unity and their children, Jeret and Jaxon Polivka; great-aunt and uncle Dawn and Terry Littleton of Unity, and their children Katie (Dave Telschow) Littleton and her son Cade; and Heidi (Neil) Rueden and their children, Brandon and Kayla; as well as her other great-aunts and uncles, Linda and Dennis Bruesewitz, Terry and Judy Zrutskie, and all of their children and grandchildren. Special friends who will always be like family, Niki Sebold, Chanhassen, Minn., along with her parents and siblings, Tim and Cheryl Sebold, and Chad and Ryan Sebold. A very special caregiver and her entire family Linda Nuerenberger of Stetsonville, as well as many other friends. She is further survived by her godmother, Jenny Michlig.
