Darwin E. Kokaly

Darwin E. Kokaly, 82, of Willard (town of Hendren), died Friday, March 23, 2007, at Saint Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 27, 2007, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard, with the Rev. Joseph Follmar officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Pallbearers will be Daniel Boh, William Boh, Richard Feitl, Marianne Feitl, Beverly Milnar and William Kokaly. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. Tuesday at the church until time of the services.

Darwin Edward Kokaly was born Dec. 5, 1924, to Frank and Antonia (Krizmanic) Kokaly in Willard. He attended elementary school in the area and in the town of Hendren. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, the KSKJ. Lodge No.174 and the Slovenska Druzba Club. He greatly loved farming and had a special passion for deer hunting.

He will sadly be missed by his siblings, Ann Boh of Marshfield, Rudie Kokaly of Thorp, Carolyn Feitl of LaGrange Park, Ill., and a brother-in-law, Lowell Brown of Eau Claire. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Sylvia Boh, Mary Kokaly and Matilda Brown; and four brothers, Frank Jr., Francis, Anton and Martin Kokaly.

Cuddie Funeral Home of Greenwood is assisting the family with arrangements.
