Mrs. Mary Kayhart, aged 95 years, a pioneer resident of the town of Sherman for the past 68 years, died at her home early Sunday evening. Mrs. Kayhart had been in failing health for some time and her death was ascribed to old age complications. Internment will be made in the Spencer cemetery beside the grave of her husband, who preceded her in death Sept. 1, 1935.

Mrs. Mary Kayhart was born at Bonnten, N.J. on Feb. 20, 1849 and was married to Edward Kayhart at Chilton, Wis. On Dec. 29, 1867. They came to town of Sherman 63 years ago and she had lived there ever since. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Libby) Durkee, and Mrs. Harry (Mame) Emling of Abbotsford; two sons, Wilbur of town of Sherman, and Albert, at home.
