Ringquist, Earl (2 Oct. 1897 - 23 Nov. 1964)

Spencer, Wis. - Earl Ringquist, 67, route 2, Spencer, died of a heart attack at his home Monday afternoon.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Jasperson Funeral Home in Spencer. The Rev. Robert Langseth will officiate.

The body will repose at the Jasperson Funeral Home from Wednesday noon until time of services.

Earl Ringquist was born Oct. 2, 1897, in the town of Brighton and received his education there. His marriage to Gladys Korntved took place Oct. 2, 1928, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Unity. After their marriage, the couple operated a farm in the town of Brighton.

Mr. Ringquist was a veteran of World War I and had served in the Army overseas in France.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Raymond (Betty) Potter, Wisconsin Rapids; Mrs. Guy (Elaine) Golden, Milwaukee; Mrs. Harland (Garnell) Powers, Wausau; and Mrs. Ronald (Yvonne) Weis, Beloit; two sons, Alvin Ringquist, Spencer; and Ray Ringquist, Grand Rapids, Mich.; a sister, Mrs. Edith Schjonemann, Unity, and 21 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by six brothers and a sister.
