The undersigned will sell at public vendue, to the highest bidder, at the farm of Simon Emerson, deceased, in the town of Pine Valley, Clark County, Wis., on Friday, January 11, 1884, the personal property of the said Simon Emerson, deceased, consisting of Horses, Colts, Oxen, Cows, Sheep, Sleighs, Wagons, Buggies, Harnesses, Stoves, Camp-equipage, Hay, &c., &c.

Terms - All sums of 10 dollars or under, cash, over ten dollars, approved notes running three months, with interest at seven per cent.

Sale to begin at ten o’clock a.m.

Neillsville, Wis., January 3, 1884.
