Travinski, Frances (20 OCT 1852 - 31 DEC 1936)

Mrs. Frances Travinski died at the home of Chas. Deniszkiewicz in the town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.) on Friday, Dec. 31, 1936, aged eighty-four years. Deceased was born in Poland on Oct. 20, 1852 and was united in marriage to Leo Travinski Nov. 20, 1871. They arrived in America in 1882 and lived for several years at Batavia, N.Y. and Shenandoah, Penn., and in 1892 came to Thorp. The husband died in 1932.

Left to mourn are the following sons and daughters: Nick Travinski, South Plainfield, N.J., John Travinski, Passaic, N.J., Mike Travinski, Milwaukee, Charlie Travinski, Fraeser, Colo., Walter Travinski, Hoquiam, Wash., Bertha Grabowski, Chicago, Pauline Diver, Chicago, and Helen Deniszkiewicz, Thorp.

Funeral services were held at St. Hedwig’s Church on Jan. 4th, Father F.A. Kulig officiating, interment following the services in the parish cemetery.

The pallbearers were: Joe Malaszuk, Walter Badzinski, Victor Zielinski, Tony Lat, Henry Karpinski and Fred Hedler.
