Krych, Celia (30 MAY 1937)

A pretty wedding was solemnized at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church on Sunday, May 30th, 1937, at 8 o’clock mass. Joined in the holy bonds of matrimony, with Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating, were Miss Celia Krych, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Krych, and Mr. John Sokolski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Sokolski of Green Bay, Wis.

The bride was attired in princess style gown of net and lace in eggshell with a long train, elusion veil with orange blossoms, crown and a blusher. She carried a beautiful arm bouquet of roses and lilies of the valley.

Miss Rose Krych, sister of the bride, was maid of honor, attired in pink marquisette, colonial style dress with blue accessories.

Edward Sokolski, brother of the bride, acted as best man and Miss Catherin Krych, sister of the bride, as the bridesmaid. They were also attended by Felix Dudkiewicz, uncle of the bride, with Miss Mary Sokolski, sister of the groom, and Bernard Dudkiewicz, cousin of the bride, with Miss Louis Krych, sister of the bride.

The bridesmaids were all attired in linen blue marquisette, colonial style, with pink accessories, carrying beautiful arm bouquets of mixed flowers to match, with accessories.

Little Dolores Krych, sister of the bride, carried the rings on a heart shaped pillow. She also wore linen blue marquisette in colonial style with blue accessories.

The groom and his attendants wore tuxedos.

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents.

The newlyweds will reside at Green Bay, Wis. They have the well wishes of a great host of friends who wish them success and happiness.

Osiecki, Phil Dudkiewicz, Harry Suniowski, Miss Catherine Krych, Louis Dudkiewicz and son Bernard, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Dudkiewicz and family, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Piontek and son, Peter Blaskowski and son Walter, Miss Helen Dudkiewicz, Ed Bujarski, and Leo Dudkiewicz, all from Green Bay, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. P. Kobacinski and family, Denmark, Wis., Mr. and Mrs. A. Song, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Yurkowsky and family, Mrs. S. Mazgajczyk, Mrs. I. Kurek, Joe and John Dudkiewicz, Frank and George Panek, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Lipinski and son Philip, Mrs. Katherine Krawczyk, Steve Krych, Joe Sumiec, Miss Catherine Cukla, Helen Podborny, Irene Kozak, Jean Smurawski, Helen Rogers, Marie Dudkiewicz, Martha and Marie Panek, Agnes Lipinski, Louis Krych, Sally Sumiec, Agnes and Celia Hmielak, all of Chicago.
