Rycerz, Helen (29 MAY 1938)

Adam Czerwinski, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Czerwinski and Miss Helen Rycerz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. m. Rycerz of Bellinger, were united in marriage at a six o’clock ceremony at St. Hedwig’s church on Sunday evening, May 29th, 1938, Rev. F.A. Kulig officiating.

Miss Estelle Kula attended the bride as maid of honor and wore a light blue organdy dress. The bride was beautifully attired in a white silk lace gown with train and cap effect veil. She carried in her hand a white prayer book and a spray of lilies of the valley and ribbon streamers of ferns. The bridesmaids, Misses Florence Zukowski and Elizabeth Cebelinski, wore yellow and pink organdy dresses, carrying bouquets of baby breath and carnations. The groom wore a black tuxedo, as did his attendants, Jos. Penk and Adolph Rycerz.

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents after the ceremony. Their many friends from this vicinity join in extending best wishes. They will reside on the Czerwinski farm.

Out of town guests who attended the wedding were: Jos. And Bruno Penk, Chester and Win.
