Krapf, Eileen M. #4 (1 MAR 1939 - 20 SEP 2007)

Eileen M. Krapf, 68, Neillsville, formerly of Greenwood, died on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2007, at Saint Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of the memorial Mass at 11 a.m., on Friday, Oct. 5, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. The Rev. Joseph Follmar will officiate. Cremainal interment will follow in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery.

Eileen M. Schwarze was born on March 1, 1939, in Greenwood, to Ewald and Sarah "Sally" (nee Olson) Schwarze. She was raised and educated in Greenwood, graduating from Greenwood High School in 1957. She moved to Milwaukee and worked for the Schlitz Brewery. She married Charles A. Krapf Jr. on Sept. 3, 1960, at Holy Family Catholic Church, Willard. They resided and worked in Milwaukee until moving back to Greenwood in 1974. She worked as a bookkeeper for I.T.T. Finance, Thorp, and for Farm Credit Services, also in Thorp, later transferring to their Loyal office. She then worked as a bookkeeper for Pamida, Neillsville, and for the past five years had been employed with Brunner Accounting, Neillsville, Wis. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and the Neillsville VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She had many interests, but especially loved spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Survivors include two daughters, Sandra (Mark) Toburen, Merrill, and Rochelle (Paul) Zurek, Mondovi; two grandchildren, Drew Charles Toburen and Sydney Jean Toburen; and two brothers, Stanley (Janet) Schwarze, Rochester, Minn., and Donald (Barbara) Schwarze, Mountain Home, Ark.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband Charles, on Dec. 27, 1996.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Greenwood, is assisting the family with arrangements.
