Olson, Margaret Albertine (31 May 1895 - 7 Apr. 1942)

Funeral services for Mrs. Charles D. Olson, who died unexpectedly on April 7th of a heart ailment, were held at the Zink funeral home in Abbotsford Friday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock, Rev. Hoffman of the Evangelical Lutheran church of Medford officiating.

Pall bearers were Albert Nelson, Leo Banditt, Maurice Hutt, Walter Jackson, Charles Hoffman and Maurice Thompson. Those in charge of the flowers were Mrs. L. Neitzel, Mrs. Ralph Green, Mrs. Charles Hoffman, Mrs. Walter Fultz, Mrs. Martin Anderson and Mrs. John Hutt.

Mrs. Olson, whose maiden name was Margaret Albertine Sprote, was born on May 31, 1895, in the town of Johnson, Marathon county. She married Charles D. Olson in the fall of 1918 and made their home in or near Abbotsford ever since.

At the time of her death, Mr. and Mrs. Olson were employed by Harry Knaack at Jerkwater, five miles east of Dorchester, Wis.

Surviving besides her husband are one sister, Mrs. Fred Denzin, town of Holton, and four brothers, Henry of Milan, Alex of Tomahawk and Dave and Edward of Chicago.
