GREENWOOD -- James D. Rust, 64, of Greenwood died Sunday, April 2, 2006, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfied.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cuddie Funeral Home in Greenwood, Wisconsin.

Private burial will take place in Greenwood City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday, both at the funeral home.

James D. Rust

GREENWOOD -- James Donald Rust, 64, of Greenwood died Sunday, April 2, 2006, at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2006, at Cuddie Funeral Home in Greenwood, Wisconsin. Private burial will take place in Greenwood City Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday, both at the funeral home.

James was born April 28, 1941, in Spencer to Herman Sr. and Florence Faye (Collins) Rust. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War from Nov. 8, 1963, until his discharge on Oct. 26, 1965, and then in the Army Reserve until Oct. 31, 1969. He married Kathleen Ann Frederickson on June 3, 1967, at Nazareth Lutheran Church in Owen, Wis. She died March 3, 1997. Jim then married Ann Gardner on Aug. 8, 2003, in Greenwood, Wisconsin. He was employed as a heavy equipment operator at Clark Electric Cooperative.

Jim is survived by his wife, Ann, of Greenwood; three daughters, Kelly (Paul) Zirbel, Marshfield, Kristan (Doug) Denk, Weston, and Kara (John) Johnson, Weston; one son, Kurt (Jaime Belgram) Weston; two stepdaughters, Kristen Hinker, Greenwood, and Sara (Jim) Ingold, Greenwood; one stepson, Mark (Tami) Gardner, Willard; 15 grandchildren; and two sisters, Betty Lou Bogdonovich, Willard, and Elaine (Dale) Rizzolo, St. Charles, Mo.
