Schulz, William Ernest (3 May 1872 - 13 June 1945)

William Ernest Schulz died at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Chippewa Falls, Wis., on June 13, 1945, at the age of 73 years, one month and ten days. Funeral services were held at Our Service Lutheran church on Saturday, June 16th, Rev. C. M. Veole officiating, and internment was made in the Cornell cemetery.

The deceased was born on May 3, 1872, at Elkhart Lake, Wis. He spent his early years at Colby, Wis., and on June 11th, 1904, he was united in marriage to Isabel Christine Nelson at Abbotsford, Wis. In August, 1918, he moved his family to Cornell where he has since resided.

He leaves to mourn his death his wife, Mrs. Isabel C. Schulz, seven children, Henry and Luella of Milwaukee, Mrs. Inga Pitsch of Jim Falls, Mrs. Annette Tyler, Mrs. Leone Knez and Laura of Cornell and Albert in the U.S. Navy, now overseas; two sisters, Mrs. Ernestina Snyder of Milwaukee and Mrs. Wilhelmina Herring of Walla Walla, Washington; and seven grand children.

Those attending the funeral from here were Mr. and Mrs. George Schulz and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Schulz of Colby and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nelson and son, Clarence, of Abbotsford, Wis.
