Hainzlsperger, Eleanor (Marriage - 31 Aug. 1946)

Miss Eleanor Hainzlsperger, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hainzlsperger, and Mr. Clyde Purkis, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Purkis, Sr., of Unity, exchanged marriage vows Saturday, August 31st, at St. Mary’s Catholic church at Colby, Rev. N. B. Beschta reading the marriage ceremony. Mrs. Ervin Hainzlsperger of Unity was matron of honor and Miss Viola Hainzlsperger was bridesmaid. The groom was attended by Mr. Ervin Hainzlsperger as best man and Florian Hainzlsperger.

The bride was attired in a white rayon satin gown with net skirt trim, fingertip veil, crown of white beading. Her bouquet consisted of white gladiolas and pink roses. The matron of honor wore a dress of pink satin and her shoulder corsage consisted of pink roses and white gladiolas. The bridesmaid wore a dress of blue rayon satin and her shoulder corsage consisted of white gladiolas and pink roses.

The couple is now at home at Dorchester, Wis., Rt. 1. The groom is employed by the Soo Line at Abbotsford, Wis.
