Lewis, Margaret (3 DEC 1940)

At the home of Rev. Rogers in Des Moines was the scene of a pretty wedding Tuesday, December 3rd, when Miss Margaret Lewis, daughter of Mrs. Fred Rogers of Loyal, Wis., became the bride of James Morgan, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. Morgan of Des Moines. The single ring ceremony was performed by Rev. Rogers. The bride was attired in blue and the groom in the conventional blue suit.

Mrs. Morgan attended high school at Loyal, Wis., and Mr. Morgan attended North High in Des Moines. The latter is employed by the Burlington Railway Co.

The newly weds are home to their friends at 830-16th St. in Des Moines.

A miscellaneous shower foe Mrs. Morgan was held at the home of Mrs. Stella Hammer in Runnells last Saturday evening. The couple were recipients of many beautiful and useful gifts.
