Ernest Roessler, brother of Otto and Emma Roessler, passed away at the Odell Hospital, Diller, Neb., on August 9, after an illness of several years. Mr. Roessler was born March 14, 1874, near Farmington, Washington County, Wis. He came to Neillsville several years ago, living for a time with Mr. and Mrs. Carl Strange, and with his sister.

The deceased is survived by his wife and two children, Joe serving in the army at Camp Polk, La., and Frances at home. Two brothers, Louis of Parhall, N. D., and Otto of Neillsville, and two sisters, Miss Emma Roessler, of Neillsville, and Mrs. H. P. Hunter, of Medford, Ore., still survive.
