Pvt. Gaylord A. Fakes, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fakes of Curtiss, recently arrived in Korea for duty with the Seventh Transporation Pork Command. A patrolman in the 512th Military Police Company, Fakes entered the army in March and was last stationed at Fort McArthur, Calif.
