Foss, Minnie (5 Nov. 1903 - 12 Dec. 1966)

Spencer, Wis. - Mrs. Albert Foss, 63, route 1, Spencer, Wisconsin, died Monday afternoon in St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield, where she had been a patient since Sunday evening.

Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at Christ the King Catholic Church with the Rev. Andrew Bofenkamp officiating. Burial will be made in the West Spencer cemetery.

The body will repose at the Jasperson Funeral Home from noon Wednesday until the time of services. A general rosary service will be conducted there at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday.

The former Minnie Siebarth was born Nov. 5, 1903, in the town of Brighton, and received her education there. Her marriage to Albert Foss took place Nov. 6, 1919, at St. John's Catholic Church in Marshfield.

After their marriage, the couple farmed east of Spencer, Wis. In addition to her husband, survivors are three daughters, Mrs. William (Loretta) Stargardt, Withee; Mrs. Roland (June) Landwehr, Wausau; and Mrs. Harvey (Pearle) Olson, Wisconsin Rapids; two sons, LaVern, Marshfield; and Victor, Bluffton, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Howard Smith, Marshfield; and Mrs. Lenora Mueller, Milwaukee; three half sisters, Mrs. Leona Toltzman, Spencer; Mrs. Andrew Brown, Omaha, Neb.; and Mrs. Austin Hancock, Marshfield; 31 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Two half brothers preceded her in death.
