Princl, Ed (5 Jan. 1932)

Ed. Princl, manager of the (local?) cheese warehouse, sustained a laceration on his leg, a fractured rib and minor bruises when he was struck by a car on highway 29, two miles east of Thorp at about 6:30 o’clock Tuesday evening. His car stalled and he got out to see if he could fix it. He flagged a passing motorist to help push his car off the concrete when the car approached from the west. The driver apparently was blinded by the lights and snow could see neither Mr. Princl nor the car. Mr. Princl was brought to his home here where he is being cared for.
