Koenigs, Floral (Marriage - 21 Oct. 1950)

Miss Floral Koenigs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Koenigs of Campbellsport, and Robert L. Brunkhorst, son of Mrs. Allie Brunkhorst of Unity, were united in marriage Saturday morning, Oct. 21, in the rectory of St. Matthew’s Catholic church in Campbellsport, Rev. A. C. Biwer officiating.

For her wedding, the bride chose a ballerina-length frock of French lace in moss green and cloche of brown velvet. A corsage of orchids was pinned to her shoulder.

The couple was attended by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Koenigs of Campbellsport. The latter was attired in a rose-colored satin dress with black accessories and an orchid corsage.

Breakfast was served the immediate families at the Elks Club in Fond du Lac and a reception for 150 guests followed in the afternoon at the Cleo Smith studio in that city.

After a honeymoon in Milwaukee, the couple will be at home to friends in Fond du Lac. The bride holds a stenographic position in the court house. The groom is a graduate of the Fond du Lac High School, served in World War II and is also employed in the Fond du Lac court house, in juvenile court.
