Schuh, Rosalia (24 June 1880 - 16 July 1950)

Mrs. John Schuh died at her home in the town of Colby at 9:30 A.M. Sunday at the age of 70 years following a lingering illness with heart trouble and other ailments. Funeral services are being held this Thursday morning, Rev. N. B. Beschta officiating, and internment will be made in the Colby (Colby, Clark Co. Wis.) Cemetery.

Mrs. Schuh, nee Rosalia Beyerl, was born in the town of Colby on June 24, 1880. She was married to John Schuh in Colby, October 23, 1903, and lived on the farm ever since.

Surviving are her husband; five sons, Henry of Curtiss, Frances of Dodgeville, Arthur and Anthony of Colby and Walter of Milwaukee; three daughters, Mrs. Leo (Dorothy) Biel of Stanley, Mrs. Fred (Levine) Knapp of Wausau and Mrs. Clarence (Adelia) Strade of Curtiss; three brothers, Frank and Louis of Colby and Henry of Mentone, Calif., four sisters, Mrs. Amelia Weix, Mrs. Joseph Schuster and Mrs. Alphonse Bauer of Colby and Sister M. Rosina of Manitowoc; and 15 grand children.

The deceased was a faithful member of St. Mary’s congregation, of a congenial and industrious disposition and will be missed by her many friends as well as relatives.
