Kelly, Howard D. (19 AUG 1870 - 24 AUG 1932)

Howard Kelly was born in Minnesota August 19, 1870, and at an early age moved with his parents to Fredrick, S. D., where he grew to manhood. He was united in marriage to Matilda Fitzlaff at Aberdeen, South Dakota, where they resided until 1915, at which time they moved to Abbotsford, Wis. Mr. Kelly was a salesman for the McKay Nursery Co. for the past twelve years, but due to poor health he was obliged to discontinue this work two years ago.

Mr. Kelly was taken to Madison August 3rd and passed away there on Wednesday, August 24th, at the age of 62 years and 5 days.

Surviving are his wife and a brother F. J. Kelly of Lake McGregory, Alberta, Canada, and a niece Mrs. Leslie Minshall of Westboro.

Funeral services were conducted at the Armory by F. W. Petrin of Wausau, Sunday afternoon, with interment in the local cemetery.

Relatives from away were Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Minshall of Westboro, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bushnell of Wisconsin Rapids, and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Grefe and daughter of Merrill.
