Fricke, Oscar (19 May 1863 - 14 Feb. 1911)
News reached this city Tuesday that our popular Register of Deeds, Oscar Fricke, had died at a hospital in Eau Claire, Monday, following an operation for appendicitis and gall stones. It was not known here that Oscar was sick, and the news of his death was a great shock to his many friends here, who deeply sympathize with the bereft wife and daughter. We will publish a full obituary next week.
