Dickerson, VeLaura Lucille (Marriage - 23 Feb. 1944)

Miss VeLaura Lucille Dickerson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Maurice G. Dickerson, Granton, route 2, became the bride of Clarence Carl Meyers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Meyers, Marshfield, in a double ring ceremony performed in the parsonage of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Eau Claire, on Wednesday, February 23, at 5 o’clock. The Rev. M. T. Jensen officiated. The bride wore a blue dressmaker suit with navy and white accessories, and a corsage of white Gardenias.

After a wedding trip to Minneapolis and St. Paul, the couple will reside in Marshfield. The bride has worked in a Marshfield store the past five and a half years. The groom is employed as a clerk at the Marshfield post office.
