Gorman - by Miss Anne Champa

Frank Hren, who at one time resided in the vicinity of Tioga, has passed away. Mr. Hren resided in Tioga several years ago and operated a saloon. Prior to this he was engaged in farming. Before coming to Tioga he resided in Chicago. After he quit the saloon he lived for some time in New York.

Pvt. Edward Zorman has been home on a furlough.

Some of the young folks of Gorman held their picnic Saturday night at the Rock Dam resort.

WAVE Valeria Janezich is home on a furlough from Peru, Ind. Home also is her sister, Albina Janezich of Waukegan.

Mrs. Frances Lesar was taken to St. Joseph’s hospital at Marshfield last Saturday.

Mrs. Margaret Lucas is entertaining her daughter, Margaret and daughter, of Chicago.
