Peter Oleson was a Marshfield visitor Tuesday between trains.

Tom Benjamin of Colby, was in our city between trains, Monday.

H. D. Creed of Spencer, spent Sunday afternoon with relatives.

A. W. Cutts transacted business at Neenah, Friday and Saturday.

S. Mais of Colby was the guest of his son Paul and family, Monday.

Born to Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Mason on Monday, Dec. 6th, a daughter.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Wilke autoed to Granton and Neillsville, Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. William Creed were at Marshfield Tuesday afternoon.

Peter Harry of Colby was in our village, Wednesday between trains.

Mrs. J. W. Salter did Xmas shopping at the Hub City, Monday afternoon.

Dr. A. L. Schemmer of Colby, was in our city a few hours, Saturday evening.

E. C. Vogt of Madison, spent a few days here this week looking after his business.

Herman Witzel and Wm. Glaman transacted business at Marshfield, Saturday.

Our Soo Line depot is receiving a coat of paint, which greatly improves the looks of it.

Aug. Schuette, who has been at Marshfield, Wisconsin Hospital the past month, returned home last Saturday.

Mrs. H. H. Christofferson of Colby, was the guest of Mrs. Geo. Evenson here between trains Saturday.

J. W. Salter attended the State Convention of the A.S. of E. at Chippewa Falls, last Thursday.

R. H. Brown visited with his wife who is confined at the St. Joseph hospital at Marshfield, Wednesday.

Mrs. R. H. Brown underwent a very successful operation at the St. Joseph hospital at Marshfield, Wednesday.

Miss Marlea Damuth resumed her school duties again Monday, after being confined to the house with the grip.

Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Clark and child of Wausau were the guests of the former’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Date Clark, over Sunday.

The Union Ladies’ Aid will meet at the home of Mrs. Earl Salter, (on the J. W. Salter farm) next Thursday afternoon, Dec. 16th.

The annual Home Coming meeting of the I.O.O.F. lodge will take place Saturday evening, Dec. 11th. Refreshments will be served.

Maynard Matteson returned Saturday evening for Juneau and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. At the latter place he attended the automobile dealers’ convention.

Mr. and Mrs. Herman Oldenberg accompanied by Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Shaw of Fond du Lac, drove to Colby, Monday, and took dinner with Mayor Lyons and family.

Mrs. Chris Vogt left Monday noon for Milwaukee, where she will again receive treatment for her eyes. She was accompanied as far as Marshfield by her son J. H. and wife.
