Wm. Wirth was a business visitor at Marshfield, Monday.

Coryl Hirsch spent Sunday at Park Falls with his brother, Prof. E. C.

Fred Grambort shipped three cars of stock to Chicago, Sunday morning.

Miss Lucy Baumgart is visiting her sister, Mrs. Max Prange, at Fond du Lac.

Mrs. H. D. Creed of Spencer, spent last week with her aunt, Mrs. Carrie Shean.

Mrs. Gust Thews of Marshfield, spent Saturday and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Dave Harvey.

Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Mais returned last Friday from a three weeks visit with relatives in Sheboygan.

Cashier McK. Andrews attended a meeting of the Clark County Bankers Association at Marshfield last Thursday.

Mrs. Chas. G. Schultz arrived home last Saturday from a ten days visit with relatives in Sheboygan and other places down that way.

Miss Cleo Daughhetee went to Eau Claire, Saturday, where she will take a six month’s course at the Northwestern Telegraph School.

Miss Tillie Schmidt returned to Milwaukee, Monday, after having spent several weeks with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schmidt.

Mrs. J. Eckoff and niece, Mrs. Wm. Turner, were down from Phillips last last week for a few days visit with Mrs. Turner’s brother, Fred Schwierske, and family.

Tom Selves left for Emerson, Iron county, on the early train Monday morning where he will superintend a big logging job during the winter. Tom is a good woodsman and sure knows his business.

T. A. Lavigne and family have shipped their household goods to Ladysmith and left Monday for that city where they will make their future home. Mr. Lavigne is head sawyer in a large mill there.

Rev. Henry Lachnit spent Monday with Rev. Beyer at Dorchester, Wis. Rev. Beyer left yesterday for Glen Haven, Wis., to take charge of the parish *** Note: The remainder of this article was missing.
