She was the eldest of her family of brothers and sisters, and the first one called by death. Then she and her husband moved to Neillsville. Her first husband, Robert McKimm, died many years ago. After the death of her second husband, John Richardson, about five years ago, she gave up her home here and went to live with her daughter, Mrs. Earl Laird, in Portland. Mrs. Richardson was a lifelong member of the Methodist Church and was a faithful worker and attendant as long as her health permitted. She was also a member of the Royal Neighbor Lodge. She was a woman of unusually sunny and cheerful disposition, and had many friends in this community.

She is survived by two daughters, Nellie, Mrs. Walter Ellington; and Mamie, Mrs. Earl Laird, both of Portland Ore. Also surviving are the following step-children: Jack Richardson of Eau Claire; Hal Richardson of St. Paul; Naomi (Babe), Mrs. Clint Cover of Markville, Minn. Four step-children are deceased, Dimple, Mrs. Mark Andrews; Nellie, Mrs. Walter Kelch; Ella and George Richardson. There are three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, also 15 step-grandchildren, and a large number of step-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
