Bishop, Fern (29 SEP 1943)

Mr. and Mrs. Frank Bishop of Riplinger announce the marriage of their daughter, Fern, to Cpl. Alfred Schultz, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Schultz of Loyal. The ceremony took place in the parsonage of the Methodist church here on Sept. 29, with the Rev. Myron Taylor officiating.

For her wedding, the bride chose a dark green suit dress and brown accessories. Her flowers were yellow roses, fashioned into a shoulder corsage.

Her sister-attendant, Miss Shirley Bishop, wore a rust colored suit dress and dark green accessories. Her corsage was similar to the bride’s.

Donald Schultz, a nephew of the groom, was best man.

The home of the bride’s parents was decorated with a large white wedding bell and red, white and blue streamers. A three-tier wedding cake and candles decorated the table.

Guests at the wedding reception, held later in the home of the bride’s parents, included: Mr. and Mrs. William Schultz, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Meacham, Mr. and Mrs. joe Schultz and family, Jesse Meacham, Mr. and Mrs. Chris Oestreich and daughters and Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Hebert, all of Loyal; Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Oestreich and son Ross and Mr. and Mrs. William Domer and family of Spencer; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Hebert of Beach, N. D., Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Hebert and Bonnie and Glenn Hebert of Riplinger.

Congratulations and best wishes go with the married couple through life.

North Beaver Cor.
