Miss Kuehnast, Milwaukee, Mrs. Wilbur Kuehnast and children, and Miss Marion Kuehnast spent the week end at Camp McCoy.

Mr. and Mrs. John Ellerman, who have been visiting at the Joe McCabe home, left Saturday for their home at Manitowoc.

Mrs. Adolph Kallepp and daughter, Alice, were picking blue berries on Tuesday.

Mr. and Mrs. Joe McCabe and Mr. and Mrs. John Ellerman, Manitowoc, drove to Ladysmith Friday to visit at the John Dixon home.

Mrs. Melvin Blake and children, Mrs. Maxwell Jenks and Mrs. Frank Kadonsky were Marshfield callers on Tuesday afternoon. While there they visited Mrs. A. J. Folstad at St. Joseph’s hospital. She is now progressing nicely.

Mrs. William Krueger and her niece, Mrs. Alvin Klinka and daughter, Marion of Milwaukee spent Friday in Wausau.

Mrs. Alvin Klinka and daughter, Marion, Miss Eleanore Fischer, of Milwaukee, visited here last week at the William Krueger home. Mr. Klinka drove to Abbotsford Saturday and all returned to Milwaukee Sunday.

Mrs. Wilbur Kuehnast and children are visiting her parents at Wausau.

Miss Helen Nikolay, Frank Nikolay and Royal Archambo spent Sunday at Rozellville.

A surprise party, honoring Mrs. Jake Nikolay, was held at the home of Mrs. Felix Adams, Wednesday evening. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Jake Nikolay, Felix Adams, Joe McCabe, Catherine Carpenter, Frank Kadonksy, Frank Benz, William Krueger, William Bogaard, William Garbrecht, James Ovens, Frank Beil and the Misses Kathryn Carpenter and Helen Nikolay. Pinochle was played and prizes were awarded to Mrs. William Bogaard having high score and Mrs. Frank Beil, having low score. A delicious lunch was served at the close of the evening.

Mrs. R. H. Treat, Mrs. Frank Juneau, of Chippewa Falls, and her two children, Donald and Ruth, Mrs. Ted Broeren and three sons of Medford, spent Friday at the J. A. Olson home.

Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Olson drove to Chippewa Falls Friday with their daughter, Mrs. Frank Juneau, and remained there until Monday.
