Hanson, LaVerne Ole (19 Aug. 1921 - 8 Dec. 1935)

Laverne Ole Hanson died Sunday after a lingering illness. He was a victim of Progressive paralysis, having spent most of the last eight years in a wheel chair, ever a happy and cheerful boy. About two weeks ago his condition became worse and he passed away at the home of his parents, who live on a farm northwest of Abbotsford, Wis.

He is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ole Hanson; one sister Loraine, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. G. A. Broeske, and many near relatives.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock at Christ Evangelical church. The Rev. J. Brandt officiated.

The pallbearers were Leonard Untiedt, Eugene Hermann, Junior Walters, Elroy Newman, Clyde Leitzo, and John Bremer.

Burial took place in the Abbotsford cemetery
